Description: This tree is short and close to 6m tall. Simple leaves, tender and strong adored when crushed. Fruits are rounded. Fruits are edible.
Habitat and distribution: Native to West Indies and is common in India
Note: It will grow from sea level to 2,000 meters (6,600 ft) and does well in hot dry climates, differing in its tolerance of lowland tropics from many of the other fruit bearers in the Annona family.
